RETURN POLICY
We have a 7- day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are happy to issue a store credit or exchange for all original priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition including original tags attached.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE which means there would be No Returns and Exchanges for all items on sale.
All items for returns should be returned within 7 days after delivery for an exchange or store credit.
Returned items must include tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
Returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our store. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arriving at our store.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.
All accessories are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns.
An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, exchange it for a new or different item. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
International Orders - Duties and taxes will be included at checkout except otherwise required by the importing countries (some countries require duties be paid at the border).
YUGADA is not responsible for return expenses. All items being returned and delivery costs are borne by the customer wishing to make a return

REFUNDS
YUGADA does not offer cash refunds but we can offer exchange or store credit for items returned in good condition within the 7 days window We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically awarded the equivalent price in store credit or an exchange as you deem fit. You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
