Processing time

All orders are processed and shipped from our processing centre in Lagos, Nigeria through our delivery partner.

once order and payment is confirmed, an order confirmation will be sent directly to you, and your order processing will begin.

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time as stated below and at checkout. Some products could require longer processing time.

During sales and high volume periods processing time is 4-5 days.

We’ll send you a tracking number from our third-party delivery partner, this should enable you track your order while it’s on its way to you.

If you have not received a tracking number or dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date,

please notify us by sending an email to info@yugada.co including your order number.

Lagos orders are delivered within 2-5 working days once confirmed and processed
Orders from other states are delivered within 5-7 working days once confirmed and processed.
International orders are delivered within 7-10 working days once  confirmed and processed

Pre-Order Items

Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items.

Shipping rates

The cost of shipping is calculated at the point of checkout and it varies depending on your delivery country and region

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered during working business days and may require a signature so kindly ship to an address where someone can receive the package for you.

If there’ll be a delay with your order, we will reach out to you with an update on your order.

Depending on your country, public holidays may impact delivery timelines. Kindly note that we have no control over additional delays as a result of this.

If no complaint is raised about an order within 14 days, we will assume there are no issues and the package has been received successfully.

Item not delivered? 

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.

Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.

For misplaced packages, YUGADA upon confirmation from the shipping company will resend the order to the customer.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Kindly note that international orders may be subject to additional customs tax and duties depending on the laws within the recipient country. We have no control over what charges may be applied to your order but we advise that before placing an order you consult the customs office in your country for additional clarification. All additional custom charge is the customer’s responsibility.
